Round-Ups

This is an existing app designed to help Wisr loan customers pay off their debt faster. When I joined the app was performing poorly leaving its users confused with how the round-up feature works. This lead to high churn and a lack of customers satisfaction.

My goal along with the product team was to define what lead to customers churning and redesign the entire experience.
